We have an Open Meditation Evening most Sundays at 7.30pm. This is free of charge, but booking is essential.
If you have a meditation practice and would like the opportunity to sit and practice with others, we warmly welcome you to join us.
Meditating with like minds is a wonderful way to imbibe in the peace that a group setting creates and helps to deepen one's own practice.
As this is a meditation event, the only talking is for necessities. Opportunities for getting to know one another can of course be arranged at other times.

Pure Meditation Foundation is a wonderful meditation practice that builds inner strength and Mindfulness and is a sure way to find peace in your heart & mind ~ regardless of what is happening in your life or the world.
It comes from the ancient Self Realization system of spiritual and yoga practices and is suitable for complete beginners or those who do not feel fulfilled by their current meditation practice.
Pure Meditation Foundation is a complete practice in its own right, or, if you wish, a stepping stone to a more advanced practice ~ which Paul can advise you on.
This is a practical & down-to-earth teaching. There is no need to take on new beliefs other than believing in the power of your mind to bring you the benefits.
